TECNOWELD ITALIA Srl is specialized in the execution of welding for third parties, cladding of components for petrochemical plants, oil and gas pipelines (bodies, valves and balls of various sizes, components for drilling, heat exchangers, etc..) and machining.
Established in 1994, in 2009 the company moved to the new plant in Capriate San Gervasio (total area 12.500 sqm) greatly expanding its production capacity, thanks to a system able to guarantee very flexible production capabilities and unmatched lifting capacity (100 tons).
Research, innovation and technolgy In 2010 Tecnoweld Italia introduces tooling machines in order to offer to its customers a complete and efficient service in terms of time and costs, fully controlling the process and the quality of the product supplied, from raw to cladded and finished material. The company currently performs machining from pre-machining to final machining, including the grinding of valve balls.
azienda_thumb_10 The company’s ability to invest in the research for new technologies resulted in cutting-edge techniques and renowned expertise that allowed to build strong partnerships with the leading players of the petrochemical industry. Tecnoweld Italia’s quality control performs various Non-Destructive Testing prescribed by the agreed specifications and certifies the full compliance of welding and cladding performed.
